Testing Seesmic Embedding
Just a quick post as I try out the embed code from the Seesmic alpha...presuming this works, enjoy seeing what I look like when I'm sick and swaddled in fleece.
UPDATE: I'm pleased with how this came out in the blog itself. Clean interface, and though only the play/pause/stop controls work now, I assume that the others will get hooked up soon. (Unless it's a Firefox thing?) It seems that Seesmic's standard embed size fits into my default Typepad layout, so I don't know what would have displayed had the column width been too small. (I suspect it would have run over the neighboring column text, which is how Flickr, Videoegg et al handle the issue.)
On the feeds end: this showed up perfectly at my Feedburner URL, but was broken in email subscriptions (just a big blank spot in the layout). Google Reader placed the video inside a slightly-too-small frame with scroll bars, so the reader has to scroll down in order to see the player controls.
Loic's onto a good track here - I can't believe that GooTube is letting this opportunity slide.
Hi Christine. Are you or any of your readers aware of any life science VC’s who are blogging? If so, please let me know (arubenstein@rnaventures.com). Thank you and I love Christine.net!

How come the quality is so much better in the embed than in the Seesmic site?
