Like many folks in Silicon Valley, I receive numerous requests for recruiting help - friends, people I've worked with, portfolio companies, and people whose startups I like but haven't invested in. Since we haven't yet launched an Omidyar.net job board, I thought a decent measure might be to instead start up a separate feed for job listings that I have been asked for help on.
More specifically, I'm only posting requests from:
- People I've actually worked with before, and would work with again
- Personal friends, and Omidyar Network portfolio companies that I work with

Folks that I've had some extended interaction with, and had a very good
impression of (I've heard their funding pitch in detail, met them
repeatedly at networking events, got into extended dialogue over issues
at a conference, etc.)
