Caveats: Not many. I counted gender based on the names in the conference directory, and skipped the few that I couldn't identify. I presume that men and women are late to register in similar proportions.

Women at Etech: 11.62%
This is lower than the number of women that attended the Open Source Business Conference or the number at DEMO 2006, but still substantially higher than the number of women that attended the O'Reilly Emerging Telephony Conference.
